Service

RotaryX is a Slack app that automates team rotation schedules. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service in compliance with Slack's terms of service
• Don't abuse the service or use it for spam
• Keep your Slack workspace secure
• Pay for Pro subscriptions when due

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Slack using /rotate upgrade to manage your subscription. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of liability

WithKudos is not liable for any missed rotations, scheduling errors, or business impact from service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via Slack or email.
